Yes, although I would like to take an ax to the state government's role in general. We are too top heavy. The founders never intended we have such a top heavy government. I will try to eliminate unnecessary state level expenditures.
I believe the emergency managers have been effective. Unless dollars are 100% needed, then no dollars should be attached.

I believe once it became public knowledge that we had a problem in flint, Lt. Gov. Brian Calley was on the ground in Flint 3 days a week. The response could have been faster.
